“Boston” lost “Columbus” in the exhibition match of NHL

TASS, July 31. “Columbus” won a victory over “Boston” with the score 4:1 in the exhibition match of National hockey League. The meeting was held in Toronto in front of empty stands.

The winners of the goals were scored by Boone Jenner (5 min), Zach Verinsky (19), Gustav Nyquist (19) and Alexander Texier (60). The losing goal was scored by David Pastrnak (33). Russian defender “Columbus” Vladislav Gavrikov played 20 minutes. On account of his two power reception and one blocked shot.

In the other match of the day “Vegas” beat “Arizona” with the score 4:1. The Russian defender “Arizona” Ilya Lyubushkin left in stock.

The regular NHL season was ended early because of a pandemic coronavirus. The fight for the Stanley Cup continues 24 teams that had the highest percentage of points at the time of recess. All games will be held in two cities – Edmonton (for teams in the Western conference) and Toronto (for teams in the East). The first matches of the playoffs will take place on 1 August.
