Ibrahimovic became the oldest player in Serie A, scoring 10 or more goals in a season

Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has set a record for season-2019/20.

In the match 38-th round of the championship of Italy against “Cagliari” (3:0) the Swede scored his 10th goal in last season’s competition.

Thus, at the age of 38 years and 302 days ibrahimović became the oldest player in the history of Serie A, who managed to score 10 or more goals in a single season.

Earlier this achievement belonged to the best scorer in the history of the Championships of Italy Silvio Piola — 38 years and 127 days.

Recall that Ibrahimovic favours AC Milan in the winter of 2020. In the near future the club can announce about prolongation of the contract with the Swede.
