Japanese boxer Naoya Inoue won the Cup, Muhammad Ali in the easiest weight, which goes to the winner of the world Boxing series (WBSS), beating in the final bout of the Filipino Nonito Donaire.
The match, held on Thursday in Saitama (Japan), ended with the victory of Inoue by unanimous decision in 12 rounds. The referee gave preference to Japanese with a score of 116:111, 117:109, 114:113.
Inoue has won a champion belt under version WBA Super and IBF won her 19th victory in 19 fights in the professional ring (16 KOs). Donar suffered the sixth defeat in the professional ring (one KOs), 40 wins (26 by knockout).
