The final stage of the season “Formula-1” will be held in Abu Dhabi



TASS, 29 Nov. Program of the final stage of world Cup racing in the class machines “Formula 1” season 2019 – the Grand Prix of Abu Dhabi starts on Friday. The pilots will hold two free practices on the first day of racing of the weekend.

The main struggle in the championship already completed – Briton Lewis Hamilton for the sixth time in his career won the title, and “Mercedes” for the sixth time won the Cup of designers. The intrigue remained in struggle for the third place until the last stage it is claimed by three pilots, and was considered as a favorite racers “Ferrari” – the Monegasque Charles Leclerc and the German Sebastian Vettel. However, in the race Grand Prix of Brazil they encountered each other and went the distance, which was used by the Dutchman Max Verstappen (Red bull), who finished first and came in third place. Leclere lags behind it on 11 points and still have a chance to get ahead of the Dutchman, but Vettel inferior to the already 30 points and has no such ability.

Greased the end of the season the only representative of Russia in “Royal races” Daniil Kvyat. Racer “Toro Rosso” though, and finished in the end zone (10-e a place), but against the teammate of the Frenchman Pierre went Out, which was the second, his achievement went unnoticed. Before vacation Kvyat need to have a great race to make up for the fines in two of the last three races.

The stage in Abu Dhabi has appeared in the calendar, “Formula-1” 10 years ago. Its main feature – the race takes place during the change of day and night. The pilots will start in daylight and finish already in the artificial light. The record number of victories is Hamilton (4), three times it was won by Vettel, once Finns Valtteri Bottas and Kimi Raikkonen, another victory on account of the German Nico Rosberg, who retired.

The first part of the free races will start at 12:00 GMT, the second at 16:00 GMT. Saturday will be the third free practice (13:00 GMT) and qualification (16:00 GMT). The program will finish the stage race on Sunday (16:10 GMT).
